Overview
During the studies, special consideration is given to modern information systems, software systems engineering, modern databases, knowledge engineering, business process simulation, aspects of the application of artificial intelligence in information systems.
The Master’s study program in Information Systems Software Engineering is designed to gain knowledge on:
solving the problems of information systems design, development and modernization by comprehensively applying the knowledge about the latest database development techniques, systems engineering concepts, business process modeling;
defining the possibilities related to the application of innovative information systems development methods, choosing the right technological tools for their deployment, applying quality management techniques and standards for information system management;
choosing and applying software engineering methods for the development of information systems, proposing business information system architectures and implementing them;
using research findings.
Programme structure
4 semesters. 3 semesters of studies and one semester of writing final thesis.
