Open application for a doctoral candidate in Management

Research topic description
Working under new conditions of ICT development, remote work, conditions of a pandemic or war threat causes certain challenges and new conflicts within an organization. There is a direct link between the changes in technologies, the business environment and societal changes and business management theories. Existing models applied in change management do not meet current requirements and can determine the decrease of competitive ability for the business organizations. The relations between various factors causing changes and business development processes must be determined in order to avoid gaps in business management methods in the future. These circumstances frame the topicality of this subject.
