Overview
VILNIUS TECH Faculty of Business Management is pleased to offer a one-year complimentary study programme in the field of Business Management. The programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of business management and equip them with practical skills to succeed in today’s competitive business environment.
The programme consists of two semesters, each worth 30 ECTS, and includes a range of subjects such as Business Finance, Strategic Management, Pricing, Marketing Research, Human Resources Management, Accounting and Auditing, Risk Management, Logistics, Marketing Management, Enterprise Organization and Management.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will have acquired a solid foundation in the principles and practices of business management, including the ability to manage finances, assess risk, conduct market research, develop and implement marketing strategies, and manage human resources effectively and proceed to Master’s degree studies in Business Management of Financial Engineering (FinTech), building on the skills and knowledge gained during the one-year programme.
